長野市の水道水温が16度を下回ったため、スイート及びジュニアスイートの水風呂チラー装置を、現在停止しております。
この期間は、お客様が自由に水を溜めて水風呂をお楽しみいただけます。

※再開は4月頃の予定です。

During the winter, the chiller (cooling) systems for the cold baths are turned off.
Due to the tap water temperature in Nagano City dropping below 16°C, the cold bath chillers in the suites and junior suites are currently turned off.
During this period, guests are welcome to fill the baths with water as they like and enjoy them.
